Return Period:

• Within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order customers can request a return

  Condition of Products: 

• If the customers want to return the products then they should be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.

  Conditions for Return :

• If the product is found damaged  while receiving it then he/she can request for a return.
• If the customer received wrong product then he/she can request for a return.
• If customers want to return unopened products & there is no fault from our side then customer is responsible to return them in good condition.

  Return Process:

• Customer must contact us on our email id or whats app number to request  a return .
• Once we approve a return request,  we will inform Courier to collect the products within two days.
• If it’s a cash on delivery order then courier will refund the amount at the same time.
• If customers are paid online then we will refund the amount in the same way once we receive the item from the courier.
• It will take few working days to receive the refund amount in customer’s account.

Return Shipping:

• If the customer wants to replace the unopened items without any fault from our side then customer has to pay 20 AED shipping charges
• If we don’t have the specified item to replace then we will refund you after deducting the shipping charge 20 AED.
• If the customer gets wrong item or damaged item from our side then shipping charge won’t be deducted.

  Damaged or Defective Products:

• If the products have any issues(damage ,leakage or received wrong item) then customers must provide photos or proof of the issue .
• We will return the products only when we found that the reason is genuine.
